It features a continuous mat that fully covers the surface while remaining very light for easy handling. The horizontal and vertical movement bars come with a quick adjustment system enabling smooth transitions and customisation for any user. An anodised aluminium stretching bar includes a rubber grip and padded protection plus a secure safety strap. It supports both upper and lower springs adjustable in three positions to suit a variety of exercises.

It includes a solid wooden trapeze bar with padded protection covered springs for added safety and a durable hanging strap. The complete spring set comprises short Cadillac springs with handles in 2 yellow (light) 2 green (medium) and 2 red (strong) plus long Cadillac springs with handles in 2 yellow (light) and 2 green (medium). The solid beech wood roll-down bar enables controlled spinal articulation and movement training. A pair of simple padded cotton handles and an extra pair of very soft Fuzzies handles ensure versatile comfortable exercise options. A stability strap adds further security during workouts.
