Key features include adjustable pulleys for customised height settings a movable spring bar with four positions and a smooth ultra-silent carriage that glides on eight polyurethane wheels with high precision bearings. The standard foot bar is adjustable in four positions and both the foot bar and foot plate are padded with non-slip surfaces for added safety and comfort. The stoppers mechanism on the bed can be adjusted in three positions while the rope system includes a secure cleat for easy and reliable adjustment during use.

The complete spring set includes five springs with a spring bar adjustable in four positions for varied resistance. The adjustable headrest has three positions while removable padded shoulder rests ensure user comfort and easy setup. A medium padded box and removable jump board with a wide foot placement area expand exercise variety and enable smooth transitions between workouts.
