At Kraftathlet we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return a product, we offer you a fair return policy.
Return period:
You may return unused products to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods and receive a full refund.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sanyulo OÜ, Tornimäe 3//5//7, Tallinn, 10145 Estonia, support@kraftathlet.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also find the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website LINK TO THE FORM Complete and submit electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by email).
Reasons for return:
- The product is faulty or damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
- The size of the product does not fit.
- You changed your mind and did not use the product.
Return conditions:
To receive a full refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:
- The product is in its original condition and is unused.
- All labels and packaging are still present.
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice with your return.
Special notes on refunds:
- Products over 5000 EUR: For products with an original purchase price over 5000 EUR, a processing fee of 10% of the original purchase price will be charged upon return.
- Faulty or incorrectly delivered products: Kraftathlet will cover the return costs for faulty or incorrectly delivered products.
- Other reasons for return: For all other reasons for return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase price of the product to your original method of payment within 14 days .
Please note:
- Personalized products cannot be returned.
- Hygiene products can only be returned if the seal has not been opened.
